Origin Story
Risaralda is a department within Colombia’s coffee triangle, located in the Andes of west-central Colombia. Joseph Wein of Cereza Coffee has spent years living and working in the region, collaborating with Cereza Coffee’s producing and milling partners to refine their supply chain. Select smallholders within Risaralda contributed to this single-origin coffee, resulting in a smooth, rich flavor that distinguishes coffee of this region.
